Isaac Halsey is a true professional and all about customer service. It's so easy to book an appointment with him and he always lets you know when he's on the way or running a little late. His piano tuning skills are exemplary; my old upright sounds like a Steinway after he works his magic on it. I recommend him to everyone!

I’ve been hiring piano tuners for more than 50 years. I’m pleased to say that Isaac Halsey outshines them all, from professional to personal. He’s always puctual. He cares for my old piano with the same expertise and concern he employs on the finest grand. Lately my instrument is showing signs of age, and Isaac explains and shows what’s happening in simple, direct words. He’s a busy tuner, yet he responds within hours to a call for assistance or scheduling. His certification by the Piano Technicians Guild is demonstrated by his advanced knowledge of piano design, tuning and repair, and it adds a level of mastery to his excellent work. Beyond all of that he is personable, and I have always looked forward to his visits. I will miss him here in Conneccticut, but pianists in North Carolina now have the satisfaction of Isaac Halsey’s talent and skill.

Isaac has tuned and maintained our piano for well over 20 years.  Without fail he has been professional, courteous, amiable and exacting.  He has protected the investment we made in our piano with care and concern.  I have never worried that our piano would fall out of tune or into disrepair knowing Isaac would remind us to service the instrument as needed, arrive promptly, complete the work efficiently and return the following year to repeat the process.  We will miss Isaac in Ct but wish him all the best.
